The NYC Chapter of the Universal Initiatic College is celebrating Spring with a free open house featuring Maestro Manuel Rufino and special guest Raghunath Cappo.

Maestro Manuel Rufino and Raghunath Cappo, through talk and music, will share ancient wisdom like how to access cosmic doorways such as the Spring Equinox, and how to make beneficial changes.

Vegetarian food by Jungle Cafe will be available for $10 a plate, and consciously handcrafted and local and global goods will be for sale. Entrance to the event is free.

The Universal Initiatic College is an organization whose purpose is the cause of peace, self realization and spiritual growth. The non-religious, non-partisan group studies sacred traditions from around the world; preserves culture, such as art, health, dance, and sciences like astrology and Kabbalah, Mayan yoga and more. The school hosts free events at the beginning of each season.

About the presenters:
Maestro Manuel Rufino is an artist and recognized elder in the Taino tradition. He is a spiritual guide, gifted ceremonial leader and teacher of sacred initiatic traditions of the world.

Raghunath Cappo, co-founder of Supersoul Yoga and Supersoul Farm, is a storyteller, Vedic and Bhagavad Gita wisdom keeper and kirtanist, who focuses on service and awakening one person at a time through the ancient science of yoga.
