Golden Drum is excited to present weekly Hatha vinyasa classes with Alyona.  Through alignment, creative flow, and breath-centered rhythm, we will awaken the energy within.  Her classes aim to empower, unite the heart and mind, and open the connection to the earth and cosmos.

On Fridays in March, Mateusz will support the flow of the class with live music.

Alyona Mindlin is an international yoga teacher with 25 years of movement background. She teaches creative alignment based flow that inspires awareness, precision, and connection to the heart. She studies shamanism with Maestro Manuel Rufino and yoga with Nikki Costello.  Kula Yoga Project and Golden Drum are her yoga homes in NYC where she practices, teaches and sees private clients.  Alyona leads workshops; yoga teacher trainings and Shamanic Thai massage trainings. Her classes will inspire joy, peaceful stillness, and a deeper appreciation for life.

Alyona has taught for 10 years predominantly in NYC. She has traveled to teach worldwide and has lived in Tulum, Mexico and Maui, Hawaii.

Originally from Poland, Mateusz is multi-instrumentalist and music producer currently living and creating in New York. In his work, he explores the borderline of music and personal growth. His music is deeply rooted in a world of spirits and is treated as a spiritual practice.
