PRESENTER BIO: Michael Fisher is a lifelong student of nutrition since his mother began reading "Prevention" magazine in the '70's. He is a member of the Golden Drum community and a student of Maestro Manuel Rufino. He is a vegan chef specializing in desserts and a certified holistic health counselor. He believes in the profound ability and inherent wisdom of the human organism to achieve wellness and live joyfully and harmoniously with nature and the larger environment we call the universe.
