Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse Ceremony (Pisces Season Full Moon in Virgo)

  • Golden Drum 97 Green St. G1 Brooklyn, NY, 11222 Unites States of America (map)

The Virgo Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse during Pisces season invites us to explore the delicate balance between science and spirituality. This moon calls us to examine the chaos and disorder in our lives—whether emotional, environmental, or intellectual—and decide whether we need to clean it up or surrender to the chaos. It's a powerful time for introspection, as it is the last moon of the astrological year when we consider Aries as the beginning of the Zodiac. As we approach the Spring Equinox, this full moon offers a chance to take stock of the year, re-evaluate our beliefs, and purify our routines to better align with our spiritual truths. It’s an invitation to ground ourselves before a new cycle begins, honoring both what is true for us and what may no longer serve us.

Join us to honor this time by diving deeper into the astrology of this time, taking an intentional moment of reflection with a sound bath and reiki session led by Cassie Luzenski and Adrian DiMatteo, and integrating with a nice warm drink.

Bring a pen, paper, something to add to the altar and whatever else you may feel called to charge up under this full moon energy.

Cassie Luzenski is a multi-disciplinary artist, creating experiences through her training as a designer (B.A, in Creative Direction, Design), Shamanic Reiki practitioner and sound meditation facilitator. With a deep passion for holistic well-being and designing intentional spaces, Cassie has spent the past two years immersing herself in a variety of spiritual, cultural, and traditional practices with many elders and wisdom-keepers around the world, under the guidance of her teacher, Maestro Manuel Rufino, and the Initiatic Tradition. She is currently in a 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training program, and her studies at the Sonic Institute have further enhanced her understanding in the technology of sound and healing. She is working to merge the world of art, music and healing in her own way to be of service, and bring more light and beauty wherever she goes.

Adrian DiMatteo (B.M. Eastman School of Music, 2012) is the founder of the Sonic Institute. He is an international performing and recording artist, author (Elements of Sound: A Full-Spectrum Exploration of Sound and Consciousness), music educator, app creator (Chord Atlas), and sound meditation facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in the music world. Adrian has toured and traveled extensively—exploring sound, language, musical culture and how they affect individual and collective wellbeing. Hundreds of students have graduated from Sound Healer Training programs and weekend retreats that Adrian regularly facilitates nationwide. To date, he has offered musical experiences to thousands of people in hospitals, hospices, elder care facilities, prisons and children’s centers.
