In this evening gathering, Maestro Ricardo Tsakimp, Uwishin (Shaman) of the Shuar peoples of the Ecuadorian Amazon, will reveal and demonstrate some of the techniques he employs to diagnose and treat ailments ranging from the emotional to the psychosomatic to physical manifestations of imbalance in the human field.
A shaman by calling and inheritance, Maestro Ricardo has practiced in the Amazon as well as Europe for decades. He’s here to share and demonstrate how he uses sacred plants in his work, as well as energetic and hands on practices such as energy field clearing and Shuar massage.
Maestro Ricardo, in addition to being a well known and accomplished shaman, is the convener of the traditional healers of the Ecuadoran Amazon.
