Each class consists of breathing exercises, physical exercises, meditation and deep relaxation.

Laura Dharam Dhyan Kaur is a RYT-200 and KRI Level One Aquarian Kundalini Yoga instructor. She has traveled to India, Europe, the Middle East, and South America to study yoga and sacred traditions from around the world. She is a grateful student of Maestro Manuel Rufino and active member of the Golden Drum community. Dharam Dhyan Kaur’s classes are focused on self-love, compassion and finding inner peace.
