Kundalini Yoga & Meditation: Flexibility and the Spine

Some yogis say that a person’s age is based on the flexibility of their spine. Back pain is also one of the most common health complaints of adults. It is important to stretch and take care of the spine daily. This kriya will loosen up the spine and create a clearer passage for the energy to rise. Feel free to attend even if you have back pain as there will be adjustments available.
