The power of forgiveness transcends time and space and allow is to move forward with ease and confidence. As we forgive ourselves, forgive others and receive forgiveness, our hearts open to the light and love within. Come practice a specific kriya and meditation for forgiveness.

Dharam Dhyan Kaur is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. She completed her Level 1 Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India in 2013 with Golden Bridge Yoga and has traveled to Europe and the Middle East to complete Level 2 and 3 training courses in Authentic Relationships and the 21 Stages of Meditation.
