Kundalini Yoga and Meditation: 4-Week Series on Loving Yourself Deeply (Week 1)

Kundalini Yoga uses movement, breathing techniques, meditation, mantras and sound to strengthen your nervous system and help you become stronger, healthier and happier. It helps you deal with stress and return to a place of self love and acceptance by allowing the Kundalini energy to flow more freely.

Please join Dharam Dhyan Kaur for a very special 4-week series focused on practices to cultivate a deep sense of self love and acceptance, peace and happiness from within. There will be suggested meditations to practice on your own that will build upon each class.

You may attend one or all of the classes but it is recommended to attend the full series to get the most benefit if you can. There will be ongoing support available throughout the series if needed for questions and answers.

When I think back to how long I’ve been learning how to love myself deeply, I realize that it has been nearly a decade. The call to love and accept myself was the spark needed to begin my spiritual path. After several years of realizing that there was something more than what I was experiencing, I made the decision that I was going to be happy and free no matter what.

That call was answered when I discovered Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, and then by meeting my teacher, and continual deep work and prayer.

After 5-years of teaching and sharing brief antidotes for unconditional self-love and acceptance, I decided that it was time for to dive more deeply into this ever so critical topic.

That being said, please join me for a 4-week series on unconditional self-love and acceptance. Starting on Tuesday, February 4, we will meet each week to move, meditate, chant, write and discuss self-love, compassion, forgiveness, and understanding.

You will be given tools and tips to continue on your self-love journey during and after the course, you’ll create special prayers tailored to your needs, accessible to you at all times, and learn ways to honor your heart and shine the light that exists within you with others.


Dharam Dhyan Kaur is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. She completed her Level 1 Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India in 2013 with Golden Bridge Yoga and has traveled to Europe and the Middle East to complete Level 2 and 3 training courses in Authentic Relationships and the 21 Stages of Meditation. Laura is a member of the Golden Drum community and a student of Maestro Manuel Rufino, to whom she is infinitely grateful.
