Kundalini Yoga and Meditation: Developing 2020 Vision for 2020

Kundalini Yoga uses movement, breathing techniques, meditation, mantras and sound to strengthen your nervous system and help you become stronger, healthier and happier. It helps you deal with stress and return to a place of self love and acceptance by allowing the Kundalini energy to flow more freely. Each class is unique and all levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

In this class, we will focus on our visions for 2020 and practice a kriya and meditation to develop to will to follow through with them.

The suggested donation is $10 and your first class is free. No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Dharam Dhyan Kaur is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. She completed her Level 1 Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India in 2013 with Golden Bridge Yoga and has traveled to Europe and the Middle East to complete Level 2 and 3 training courses in Authentic Relationships and the 21 Stages of Meditation. Laura is a member of the Golden Drum community and a student of Maestro Manuel Rufino, to whom she is infinitely grateful.
