In this week’s class, we will work on cultivating self-acceptance and becoming friends with our mind.

Certain scriptures say that Kundalini Yoga is the fastest way to create the transformation, the lightening and the enlightenment that each individual is seeking. It is the fastest way to establish an aligned relationship between the body, mind and the soul. No experience is necessary. Come with an open mind and open heart.
