Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Deep Relaxation for the Autumn Equinox

The word “equinox” comes from Latin and means “equal night-time.” On the The Autumn Equinox, we honor and balance the light and the dark. It is a time to reflect and release the past 9-months and prepare for the next 3-months, going deep inside to clear out that which is no longer needed and call in what is deep in our heart, loved, and prayed for.

Join us for a special Kundalini Yoga class (as taught by Yogi Bhajan) to bring balance to the mind through powerful movement, mantra and prayer, geared to prepare you to cleanse and enter the Autumn Equinox feeling clear, rejuvenated, and ready for a new cycle of growth.

Kundalini Yoga is also referred to as the Yoga of Awareness. When you practice this technology, you learn to become the master of your mind and thoughts. You learn to act and not react to situations in your life. Each class consists of breathing exercises, physical exercises, meditation and deep relaxation. All levels welcome.

Requested donation: $15. No one turned away for lack of funds.
