Join us on Zoom for Antar Naad Mudra Meditation for the Full Moon. We will practice this meditation for 31 minutes to fully embrace the energies of the Full Moon. It is said that: “this meditation is to be practiced on the Full Moon. It is a key to opening the flow of Kundalini energy. It brings peace, security, and the wisdom to make the right choices in life.”
Kundalini Yoga is also referred to as the Yoga of Awareness. When you practice this technology, you learn to become the master of your mind and thoughts. You learn to act and not react to situations in your life. Each class consists of breathing exercises, physical exercises, meditation and deep relaxation. All levels welcome.

Laura Dharam Dhyan Kaur is a RYT-200 and KRI Level One Aquarian Kundalini Yoga instructor. She has traveled to India, Europe, the Middle East, and South America to study yoga and sacred traditions from around the world. She is a grateful student of Maestro Manuel Rufino and active member of the Golden Drum community. Dharam Dhyan Kaur’s classes are focused on self-love, compassion and finding inner peace.
