This 6 week, 1.5 hours group is for adolescent girls who are struggling with the current, and even prior social isolation, who might be depressed or anxious either prior to COVID or since. We can discuss personal experiences regarding this virus situation. Let’s find and apply your creative gifts that may be artistic, musical, and spiritual (not religious).
We can explore the paranormal, native ways of living, and the power of prayer. What are our powers beyond the physical? What about other dimensions connected with your feelings, unseen energies, and your unconscious (i.e. dreams)? What exists beyond the physical, including the concept of higher power and our energy bodies? How can we create with our minds, intentions, and love? Who are you? What might be or become your purpose in life?
Goals:
Overcome obstacles toward enjoying and appreciating life whether
emotional or related to a need for more or better relationships with
peers and family.Discover and embrace your gifts that love and serve yourself, your
friends, family, and community.Become inspired to create something beautiful.
