“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.”

NOTE: this class will now take place by Zoom only. You will receive the link prior to the start time. This will create a special container for everyone to be attending in the same way in a confidential fashion if preferred. We look forward to being with you.

The challenges you may be facing with food and body image can be your greatest gift, a path to higher consciousness. The first step is developing a greater awareness of your thoughts; master your mind, master your life. When you become an observer rather than a participant, you can begin to walk toward true freedom.

Join us for Yoga for Eating Disorder Recovery, a class designed to support individuals to break free from their eating disorder identity.

This gentle practice will create a safe space for you to connect with your body, mind, and spirit in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
