Join Nicole Adriana Casanova and friends to dance through the Zodiac with a monthly installment of Star Dance. Each month we gather to study and attune ourselves to the energy of the astrological season. Making good intentions to flow in harmony with the movements of the Universe and engage in the yoga of the cosmos through our dance.
The Ancient People knew that our dances, our songs, our stories, and our noble silences, are the seed and seat of our powers for healing, connection to love, and capacity to unlock innate wisdom. Traditional societies all over the world still observe these practices as ways to harmonize, celebrate, and unify families, communities, villages and nations.
In our western culture, many of us are remembering the true power of our dance to liberate stagnant energy and emotions, unblock mental obsessions and negative thought patterns, and restore vitality, health, and vibrancy to our physical bodies.
As we move further into the Age of Aquarius, and our collective consciousness shifts from "I, me, my" to, "us, we, ours," we begin to restore our real integrity as people, understanding the value of unity in diversity and of actions made that benefit the majority. Dance As Prayer is an ancient practice and is shared by Nicole to help guide people into this consciousness through an immersive experience of invocation, intention setting, conscious movement, and offering. Each song carries a particular focus, and participants are guided to share their movements as a prayer to liberate and expand their own consciousness and that of all living beings.

Nicole Adriana Casanova is a student of Maestro Manuel Rufino, a Taino Elder who founded the Golden Drum educational center in Brooklyn and communities all over the world. She is a servant to the Earth, the Great Spirit and Humanity.
Nicole is a sacred ecologist, a writer, poet, songkeeper, and storyteller, a 200 RYT Yoga Alliance certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, a Mindfulness Meditation teacher and practitioner, a Corporate Wellness Consultant, a certified Reiki Master in the Usui and Karuna Reiki Riojo, a Shamanic Practitioner, a Human Movement teacher, Magical Awakening Practitioner, member of Dream Seed Shamanic Music Ensemble, core organizer and producer of the Heart and Mind Festival, Creator of Oracle Deck Love Letters to Earth, and Founder of Root to Heaven, an organization that has planted almost 200,000 trees and plants all over the world in the past two years. She has led retreats all over the world and continues to provide these life changing, empowering and transformational experiences.
Nicole blends decades of expertise in the wellness and holistic field to create one of a kind empowerment experiences in corporate environments, within groups, on retreats, and in one-on-one settings.
