In this very special class, you will be led through a series of exercises followed by a 31-minute meditation accompanied by beautiful live sound including the Didgeridoo. Following the meditation, you will experience a shamanic sound journey while in a deep relaxation pose.
All levels welcome! No prior experience in yoga or meditation is necessary.

Jerry Walsh
Jerry Walsh is a musician and vocalist, weaving together ancient and otherworldly sounds from sacred traditions across the globe to create meditative shamanic journeys. He has collaborated with Merkaba (Kayla Scintilla), Srikala, Native American hip-hop artist, Supaman, and American beatbox champion, Mark Martin. He has been a student of Taino elder, Maestro Manuel Rufino, for over six years, studying the indigenous shamanic cultures of the Americas and other wisdom traditions. Jerry has traveled to over twenty-five countries on five continents and spent a full year studying Buddhism and Himalayan culture in India, Nepal, and Bhutan from 2010-2011. He currently lives in Brooklyn, NY with the Golden Drum community when he is not on tour sharing music and meditation with his partner, Ixchel Prisma.
Laura Krassner
Laura Krassner (Dharam Dhyan Kaur) is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga instructor. She completed her Level 1 Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India in 2013 with Golden Bridge Yoga and has traveled to Europe and the Middle East to complete Level 2 and 3 training courses in Authentic Relationships and the 21 Stages of Meditation. Laura is a member of the Golden Drum community and a student of Maestro Manuel Rufino, to whom she is infinitely grateful.
