“Seed of Light: Shamanic Sunrise Dance” features electronic dance music and live instrumentals, as we journey through the four elements of the medicine wheel. We will begin the dance with yogic movement to activate the energies of the body and then transition into shamanic world beat music that fades into a live Dream Seed sound meditation. 

This is an intentional dance ritual, designed to journey through the layers of the self through ecstatic movement and connection with the body, breath, and sound. Dance your prayers in a safe and sacred container, and celebrate the beauty of the light of a new day with us!
