GROOVE  is the perfect place for kids of all ages to move their bodies, get creative, and interact with others while having tons of FUN!

Our revolutionary program encourages kids to explore and discover their own unique way of moving while being united with their peers on a simple move or rhythm. Since our philosophy is that there is no right or wrong way to DANCE, kids are given a healthy experience with DANCE that not only builds confidence but also fosters social empathy and creativity. Every kid deserves the opportunity to find their inner GROOVE!

I have been a dance instructor for over 15 years and LOVE helping people find joy through dance.
I began teaching dance fitness 10 years ago and found out exactly how terrified people are to move their own bodies.
I started researching ways to help my students relax and actually enjoy the process. Luckily, I found GROOVE!
I immediately connected with this “MOVEMENT” it is exactly what I was looking for.
